Neyland Court is a large south facing detached Georgian style house in the conservation area above the Marina, with lovely, spectacular and uninterrupted views over the Haven waterway. The house is maintained to a high standard and is just a short walk to a variety of shops.

The two large double Guest Bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, have TV, radio alarm, coffee making facility etc in each room. Downstairs there is an L shaped Guest Lounge and Breakfast room with triple aspect views over the estuary and gardens. (NB: a refrigerator is provided for Guest use.)

Ample off road parking and  a garden overlooking the Haven waterway. Well behaved dogs are  welcome. There is safe storage for bicycles and the Brunel cycle route is 5 minutes from the house, and close to other new cycle routes. Neyland Marina is within easy walking distance, together with an excellent restaurant and cafe, it is also close to Neyland Yacht club, which welcomes visitors to it’s restaurant and bar.
