From the traffic island on the A477 follow signs to Neyland and the Marina - continue on down the road through the town past various shops.

You will see the New Co-op/Post Office on the right.The second road on the right after that is clearly marked ” Hill Terrace”.

Our drive is virtually on the corner on the left as you enter Hill Terrace. You will see a small nameplate for ‘Neyland Court’ in the stone wall at the head of the drive (you cannot see the house from the road).

House approached down a drive. Ample parking for guests in front of house.

There is a large front door step - with a shallow rise - into a spacious hall. Staircase to upper floor and bedrooms. One further step on landing to twin bedded room, with private bathroom adjacent.

The large dining room/guest lounge is off the hall with two steps leading down into the room. There is a downstairs cloakroom off the hall.

The garden is available for guest use, approached via a gravel pathway beside the house leading to a lawn overlooking the estuary. Garden furniture is also provided.
